Our conveyer belt takes the roots to the cube plant, where they are processed into small cubes. During the drying process, the cubes usually lose three-fouth of their weight. The cubes are then transported to the processing plants where they are sorted under strict surveillance to acquire even sizes. Dried chicory cubes are light gray or light brown and have a certain moisture content.
We offer our roasted chicory cubes in safe packaging and in cube sizes from 6 mm to 18 mm. Light, medium, and dark roasted cubes are available with us. Our roasted chicory cubes are available in cube sizes ranging from 4 mm to 18 mm. These cubes are made from high-quality chicory plants.

The cut chicory cubes are spread out on plastic wire mats for drying in the sun, which takes 3 days. During this process, the cubes usually lose 3/4 of their weight. Then the cubes are transported to the processing plant.
